We ship throughout Italy with GLS and BRT, a guarantee of speed and precision in deliveries. (For technical reasons we sometimes ship with PosteItaliane. For shipments abroad GLS and BRT make use of the collaboration of different couriers based on the different states).
The package is shipped no later than two days after completing the order. If the order is placed close to holidays, the package will ship the first working day following the order.
NB: For personalized products, shipping times can vary up to 5\6 days from completion of the order.
For shipments to Italy the package usually takes two or three working days to arrive at its destination, barring extraordinary events.
It is advisable to indicate a shipping address where you can find someone throughout the day (for example your workplace or the home of a family member or acquaintance).
If the courier does not find anyone at home, he leaves a notice of attempted delivery.
It is also advisable to always indicate a telephone number, so that you can be contacted in case there are problems with the delivery of the package.
